It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to the beginning of a new academic year. A new school year brings fresh hopes, renewed goals and new opportunities for learning and growth.

It is often said that change is the only constant in life. In a rapidly evolving world, institutions must continue to adapt and improve; otherwise, they risk being left behind. At our school, we believe progress is achieved not only through major initiatives but also through the philosophy of marginal gains—making small, consistent improvements in every area of the school. Over time, the accumulation of these small incremental steps will lead to meaningful and lasting progress.
